About the instructor: Doug Bertrand and his wife Zennette own East West Martial Arts and Krav Maga in Vancouver, WA with 2 locations. Doug started his martial arts training in 1982 at the age of 10 in the art of Kajukenbo earning his Black Belt in1990.  He has expanded his martial arts training with Krav Maga and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.  What Doug loves most about teaching others is seeing them grow in their confidence through martial arts.
