About Estee:
Estee Raviv, the author of Oy Vey Vegan, began her art and creative expression in Israel through graphic design, gemology, and art studies leading to a successful high-end custom jewelry business in Israel. When she moved to the US, she worked with polymer clay and photography.  Throughout it all, cooking has aways been her passion and relaxation, which has provided a creative outlet like her artwork. She enjoys sharing her love for healthy, creative cooking.  “Cooking and eating healthy is a way of life for me.” She developed all of the recipes on her website From Estee’s Kitchen https://www.esteeskitchen.com.

Since publishing her cookbook, she has appeared regularly on KATU TV AM Northwest and been featured in Vogue, Vegan Life Magazine UK, Swaay, Jewess, Kosher Today, and more.
